ISPN's WebOE system allows our partners to manage and maintain their Internet customers in an efficient and effective way through a secure web-based interface.

WebOE - online account management

      Add new subscriptions
      Modify existing subscription information (passwords, email addresses, billing plan, etc.)
      Institute subscription suspension & cancellation
      Active subscriber accounts for the previous month
      Provide subscriber statistics (number of users, users per plan, and attrition reports, etc.)
      Accessed through a web page designed specifically for each partner.

TroubleTicket System – Help Desk incident tracking

ISPN's Secure Web Based system allows our partners to view all trouble tickets immediately after they are entered.
Capability to run reports and see trouble tickets by:

      User
      Date
      All Tickets

Capability to search the TroubleTicket system by:

      User
      Name
      Ticket Number
      Phone Number
      Email Address

ISPN's FastTrack System escalates an incident to the Senior Technician, Customer Service Director, and generates feedback to the Service Provider when the normal support process has not resolved the end-user problem.
